I am pleased to share that the recipient selected for the Angels on the Street initiative is Emma
Chavez. Emma recently relocated to El Paso and is experiencing a significant financial challenge,
compounded by being away from her family support system in Iowa. I had the privilege of
meeting her and was moved by her difficult situation. I presented her with the gift this morning.
