Was talking to my friends and found out about someone who had spent a lot of money and time making dozens of tamales over the weekend, and came home yesterday from work to find their fridge broke down. They had to throw out all of the tamales & left overs to make more tamales. These were for family and gifts. During Christmas time, if we only have our love in food to give others and that gets taken away, it’s heartbreaking. With so much poverty in the USA (world) right now, it felt like it was the right person to help (also gave a little more of my money to help).
